Chemical exfoliating ingredients

Chemical exfoliation works by dissolving the connective tissue between the stratum corneum and is suitable for a variety of skin types.

1. AHA (fruit acid)

Water-soluble, suitable for dry and dull skin.

Ingredients: lactic acid, citric acid, malic acid, mandelic acid, tartaric acid.

Features: Promotes keratin metabolism, improves skin tone, and increases moisture.

2. BHA (fat-soluble acid)

 Fat-soluble, suitable for oily and acne-prone skin.

Ingredients: salicylic acid.

Features: penetrates deep into pores to dissolve oil, reduce acne and pimples.

3. PHA (polyhydroxy acid)

Ingredients: gluconolactone, lactobionic acid.

Features: milder than AHA, suitable for sensitive skin.

4. Enzyme exfoliation

Ingredients: papain (papain), pineapple enzyme.

Features: Decomposes dead skin cells through protease, gentle and non-irritating, suitable for sensitive skin.

5. Other active ingredients

Azelaic acid: mild exfoliation, suitable for acne skin.

Jam extract: such as coconut shell esterase and fermentation product enzyme, which is a new exfoliating ingredient.
