Classification of bath salts

In the previous two issues we talked about the benefits of bath salts. In this article, I would like to tell you about the classification of bath salts.

1. Bath Salts. Bath salts are generally composed of natural sea salt, minerals and various essential plant oils and are suitable for bathing or soaking your feet. It can help remove dead skin, improve rough skin, and make skin smoother, softer and more tender, especially for chest and back acne, acne, etc. It also has good improving effect.

2. Purifying Salt. Washing your face with deep sea bath salts can deeply cleanse your skin, remove oil and cutin, and gradually make your large pores invisible. Choose the cleansing salt according to your skin type and intended use. For people with oily skin, washing face with facial cleansing salt can achieve better effect of skin tightening and oil control.

3. Foot bath salts. Regular foot foam baths not only make your feet white, soft and supple, but also ensure a more even blood flow throughout the body. Compared with cleansing salt and bath salt, foot bath salt consists of larger particles, and its ingredients often consist of salicylic acid, uric acid and other acidic substances, which can better soften the cuticles of the feet and increase the skin’s moisture content.

4. Shampoo Salt. Choose a shampoo salt with ingredients from traditional Chinese medicine that not only thoroughly wash away dirt on the hair and scalp, but also prevent hair loss and dandruff, leaving hair healthy and shiny again. If your hair is particularly greasy, you can choose this shampoo and carefully massage your scalp. Shampoo salt should not be used every day, usually every 5 days.
