How to take care of your skin during the season change

1.  Gentle cleansing, avoid over-cleansing

For cleansing, it is recommended to use gentle cleansing products and avoid those containing soap-based ingredients. Also, try to reduce some so-called “deep cleansing” actions, such as using cleansing masks.

2. Use sun protection

Sun protection should also be done in autumn. The intensity of ultraviolet rays is relatively low in autumn, so you can choose a sunscreen with a lower multiple, generally SPF30 is enough, to minimize the burden on the skin. If you don’t want to apply sunscreen, you should also do physical sun protection (hold an umbrella, wear sun-protective clothing or sunglasses, etc.).
