Basic oral care
1. The importance of brushing teeth
Brushing your teeth every morning and evening can remove dental plaque, prevent tooth decay and periodontal disease. It is recommended to use fluoride toothpaste to help strengthen teeth and reduce the risk of tooth decay.
2.Correct brushing method
Use the Bass brushing method: hold the toothbrush at a 45° to the gums, brush gently and short, covering the tooth surface, gum line and teeth.
Each brushing lasts for 2 minutes, avoid excessive force.
3.Dental floss and mouthwash
Dental floss: Use dental floss every day to clean food debris and plaque between teeth.
Mouthwash: Choose a suitable mouthwash to further clean the mouth and freshen the breath.
Beneficial foods
High-fiber foods (such as fruits and vegetables): help clean the surface of teeth.
Dairy products (such as milk and cheese): contain calcium and promote dental health.
Foods to watch out for
Snacks and drinks high in sugar: accelerate the formation of dental plaque.
Acidic foods and drinks: may erode tooth enamel, it is recommended to drink in moderation and rinse your mouth in time.
