The difference between lotion and toner

More than 90% of lotion is H2O, and the key part only accounts for 1%-3%. It is these key ingredients that make different lotions have different effects. According to different functions, there are different types of “lotions” such as essence water and toner.

Ordinary lotions generally only have 2%-3% active ingredients, while essence water has about 5% active ingredients added. Although it is not as good as essence (containing more than 10% active ingredients added), it can achieve one or more effects such as whitening, anti-oxidation, and anti-aging on the basis of secondary cleansing, softening, and astringency of ordinary lotions.

Essence water is suitable for people with neutral, dry, and mature skin.
